The clerk announced that no protests had been filed. There being no further business on motion Ohnnoil adjourned to meet September 27th. 1920. The following Councilmen were present; Dunlap,Feuling,Moore,Sutton and wasoott. Absent;Hayman. The clerk read a communication from the Caldwell Reality Board reff arding the parking of care on Main St, bat &x&M ash as the council was already working on similar plans no action was taken in the matter. A bid by J.H.Forbes on Sewer District J 7 for 06499.00 cash was read on motion of Wescott seconded by Peuling the bid was rejected. A bid by J.F.Bales for sewer DistrAet #S for Oe4454:T9fwas received and on m motion Wescott seconded Dunlap that bid be accepted same to be paid for in bonds. Carried. ORDINANCE 00. was read the first time, An ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE CALLED "LOCAL "STERET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 6 ". IN THE CITY OF CALDWELL, CANYON COUNTY, IDAHO, DESIGNATING THE STREETS AND POINTS BETWEEN WHICH SAID IMPROV E*- MENTS SHALL BE MADE,AND PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS AND GUTTERS THEREON: Motion by Munlap seconded by Sutton that rules requiring the reading of I I t l 0 6 n fl an ordinance on three seperate dates be suspended and that the ordinance be read the second time by title and the third time in full and placed on its final pas - age. On the roll being called on the motion the vote was; Ayes; Dunlap,Feuling,Moore Sutton and Wescott. Absent; Hayman. The clerk thereupon read the ordinance the second time by title and the third time in full and the Mayor announced that the ordinance stood for final pas- sage the vote on the question qas as follows, Ayes; Dunlap,Fsuling,Moore,Sutton,Wa Scott. .Lbsent;Hayman. The Mayor announced that the motion had carried by more than the neoees4V three fourths and the City Clerk was in struoted to make proper entry and cause same to be published in the Caldwell Sews. the official newspaper of the City of Caldwell. The Sprinkling assessment was presented by the City Engineer Lockwood and road committee and on Motion of Dunpal seconded by Pealing same was accepted On mitmnnof Sutton Council adjourned.
