Councilman Kitchell stated that people li near 14t:= and Llbuny vrere
without adequate faro protection, he submitted drawing showing location of wa'er mains,
eta, a.d recommended that wa-er mains be extehdoP, and that a hydrant be installed so as
to afford protection to property indicated on tho drawing.
It was voted upon motion of Councilman 1:mos J. ;tiller, seconded Dic''ens,
that the matter be referred to the Fire and Clater Comrnittcos, with pov;or to act.

Councilman Dickens reported that as per instructions, ccl!" itteo from Council
had 'taken up with County Comets. matter of building joint municipal and county bridge
over Indian Cr: =k on south City limit line as per T:etition of Le: Pfost, et - al, that
agreement had been efffected wa!ereby City aad County arch agread to pay one - half Of
oonstruction, and the petitioners were to make necessary approaches and i.au1 the lumber
needed, bridge and all work to be constructed under supervision of JouYity %ngineor.
