On Roll Call the following Councilman answered present: J. Randall Sloop, P. E.
Nef^m n, Pete Clasen, John inck, 0. L. 1 and E. E. Fresher.
Thereupon Councilman Sloop, im"roduced Bill No 5, entitled;
