The Clerk read Resolution No. 14, by Sandmayer as follows:
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN FRACTIONAL BLOOKS WITHIN THE
CITY OF CALDWELL, IDAHO.
WHEREAS, All of the owneae of all of fractional Block One (1), Wasflingtoa,
Heights, Steuenberg and Handle Addition to Caldwell, Idaho, and all of fraotional'Block Se
n
(7), Dorm —Io Addition to Caldwell, Idaho, have, by proper declaration, a oopy_of_which_is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit " A " , and made a part hereof, declared the plate of said
fractional Block One(1) and said fractional Block Seven (7)
vacated; provided however, that
said vacation shall not affect the street platted through or upon said blocks, according
to the official plats thereof, and

WHEREAS, All of sgjid ractional blocks are agricultural lands and ii is-
deemed to be to the best interest of said City that said fractional blocks ehould.remaia

Now,-THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the Mayor and Council of the City Of

Thereupdn, Councilmen Sandmeyer introduced Bill'No. 15, entitled
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR'THE ASSESSMENT AND LEVY OF A TAX FOR GENERAL
REVENUE PURPOSES FOR PAYING THE CURRENT EXPENSES OF THE CITY F CALDWELL
IDAHO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING THE FIRST DAY OF MAY, 1932.
Which was re for the first time, and the Council proceeded to a consideration
of Bill No. 15.1t was moved by Bales and seconded by Xeieter that thelriilas requiring that
the reading of a Bill on three separate days be sdspended'end that Bill No: 15 be read the
second time by title and the third time in full, section by section and placed on its
final passage. The Mayor direct) the Clerk to cell the roll on the motion with the fol-
lowing results:'Those voting in the affirmative were; Sandmeyer, Xeieter; Bales, Johnston
Dickens and Vassar. Those voting in the negative,Nons. Absent and not voting, Rorie. The
Mayor declared the motion had passed by the necessary three - fourths majority and directed
the Clerk to read the Bill No. 15 the second time by title and the third time in full,
section by section. The Clerk read the Bill as directed. The queetion'tb'eu being ° Shall
Bill No. 15 passes. The Mayor directed the Clerk to call the roll on the above question,
which resulted as ,follows: Those voting in the affirmative were; Sandmeyer, leister, Bales
Johnston, Dickens and Vassar. Those opposed , None. Absent and not voting, None.'Thereupo ;

became Ordinance No. 507. The Mayor directed the Clerk to make proper entry, of the same
and to cause Ordinance No. 507 to be published in the Caldwell News- Tribune, the official
newspaper of the City of Oaldwell, Idaho.
The above Ordinance provides for a Tax Levy as follows:
