There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by

The Council met on Call of the Mayor with the Mayor, Edgar L. Oakes, presiding.
On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present; b4.E.Babcock, C. 0. Mo*�,
Dannel, Gs-car ^tengel, W.a. Handford, G. M. Fenrich and M.S.Sandmeyer.•
The B "_ayor informed the Council that the P'eeting was called to take up the
matter of the Ackley Contract.
Mr. Hugh Ackley and Mr. Ben Dunlap were present and discussed this matter with
the Mayor and Council.
The Mayor informed Mr. Ackley that the City could not enter into this Contract,
but would accept an easement. Mr. Ackley agreed to an Easemen�

The Mayor informed the Council that the Meeting was called to take up new and
unfinished business.
MOBSI . F. M. Brown and Joe Wilson appeared and requested the Mayor and Council
to open Idaho Street south to Hazel Street,
j The Mayor informed these gentlemen that Idaho Street would be extended as soon
as needed.
The Clerk read a petition requesting the City to grade and gravel Maple s$reet
from Indiana Avenue to Montana Avenue.
The ; dayor appointed the Road Committee and the City Engineer to investigata this
matter and report at the next Council Meeting.
