EXECUTIVE SESSION
SEPTEMBER 8, 1997
7:00 P.M.
Pursuant to Idaho State Code, Section 67 -2345, an Executive Session was called to order
by the Mayor at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss acquiring
an interest in real property.

The Roll of the City Council was called with the following members present: Houchins,
Evans, Earl, Busch, Langan, and Wells. Absent: none. Also attending was the City
Attorney, Richard Harris.
After discussion and since there was no further business, the Meeting was adjourned at
8:00 p.m.
