make andexecute that certain agreement entitled "Airport Agreement", dated August 23, 1943,
oet:veen the City of C Canyon County, Idaho, as party of the first part and M
. Johnston, party of the second part, leasing to the said I•7ack S. Johnston certain rights
and privileges in the D°unicipal A irport of the City of Caldwell, for the sum of Sixty
Dollars ($60.00) per month rental and on' -such terms and conditions as in said Agreement
I
provided, which Agreement shall be from the 23rd day of August, 1943, to the let day of
Jul;;, 1945, which said agreement when made and entered into shall supersede the previous
agreements above mentioned, made and entered into relative to said airport prior to
August 23, 1943,
WHEREUPON, It was moved by Councilman Frasher, seconded by Councilman, Pete I f

Olesen,, that said resolution be adopted. Motion unanimously carried.
PASSED By the Council this 23rd day of August, 1943.

City Eall with the Mayor, Thurlow Br, -unt, presiding.
On Roll Cal'_ the following Councilmen answered present: J. Randall Sloop,
Pete Clasen, 0. L. Thornock and E. E. Fresher. Absent: P. E. Nevm a4 and John Finck.
The Bills for August were read pnd on motion by Sloop, seconded by Olesen that
these Bills be allowed and Warrants be drawn for the various amounts all of which had
been approved by the Chairman of the Finance Committee. ^.?otion carried.
