Mason, presiding. Upon Aoll Call the following Councilmen answer- prssent: Wm Claisyer, L. E. Burrell, John Myers, Fran Blomquist, Dale i:enrich and Bryan Harding. RESOLUTION By Councilman Myers, Upon Votion by Myers, seconded by Blomquist, the following Resolution was proposed: Resolution of the City Council, Caldwell, Idaho, accepting the Grant Offer of the United States of h America through the Civil Aeronautics Administrmation of a maximum sum of $5,261.00, to be used in the im. provement of the Caldwell Municipal Airport, and does hereby specifically ratify and adopt all statements, representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements contained in the Project Application. Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of ealdwell, Idaho: SECTION I. That the City of Caldwell shall accept the Grant Offer of the United States of America for the purpose of obtaining Federal Aid for the development of the Caldwell Municipal Airport. SECTION II. That the Uity Council hereby ratifies and adopts all statements, representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in the Project Application. Mason, presiding. Upon Aoll Call the following Councilmen answer- prssent: Wm Claisyer, L. E. Burrell, John Myers, Fran Blomquist, Dale i:enrich and Bryan Harding. RESOLUTION By Councilman Myers, Upon Votion by Myers, seconded by Blomquist, the following Resolution was proposed: Resolution of the City Council, Caldwell, Idaho, accepting the Grant Offer of the United States of h America through the Civil Aeronautics Administrmation of a maximum sum of $5,261.00, to be used in the im. provement of the Caldwell Municipal Airport, and does hereby specifically ratify and adopt all statements, representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements contained in the Project Application. Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of ealdwell, Idaho: SECTION I. That the City of Caldwell shall accept the Grant Offer of the United States of America for the purpose of obtaining Federal Aid for the development of the Caldwell Municipal Airport. SECTION II. That the Uity Council hereby ratifies and adopts all statements, representations, warranties, covenants and agreements contained in the Project Application.
