NOW, THCF17FORE, BE IT RESOLVED b. the Mayor and the City Council of Caldwell, Idaho that the sums referred to be transferred from the above named departments, to th,e•Gen eral Fund of the City of Caldwell. it A Yea and pay vote was had thereon with the following result.. Yea: Babcock, Sandmeyer, McDannel, Handford, Fenrich and Stengel. Nay: None. Absent and not voting; None. Thereupon the Mayor declared the motion carried and the Resolution duly adopted. COUNCIL CHAMBERS SEPTEMBER 19, 1946. 4;00 P. IA. B Special Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Room with the Mayor, Edgar L. Oakes presiding. on roll call the following Councilmen answered present; W. � Babcock, C. 0. j McDannel, Oscar Stengel, W. B. Hanford, G. M. Fenrich, and 1,3. S. San ever. The Mayor announced that the first thing to be considered was the Airport Contract upon which the contract was read. RESOLUTION � y WHEREAS the City Attorney as directed by the Mayor and Council prepared a quit - j able contract between the City of Caldwell and Mack S. Johnstone permitting him to use the Airport for certain purposes, a copy of said contract is attached to these minutes and made a part thereof, NOW, THEREFORE it appears to the Mayor and Council that it. is to the best advan- I I tags of the City of Caldwell that the contract be entered into, and BE IT RESOLVED, that upon the approval of said contract by the Airport Committee:: of the City of Caldwell the mayor and the Cit. Clerk of the City of Caldwell be authorized and directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Caldwell. After considering the matter the following resolution was presented to the Mayor and Council by councilman Oscar Stengel who moved the adoption thereof, which motion was duly seconded by Councilman W. E. Babcock, RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The City Attorney as directed by the Mayor and Council prepared a suits- j I ble contract between the CITY OF CALDWELL and CHARLEH ROBERTSON for the hauling of garbage within the city, a copy of said contract is attached to these minutes and made a part there- tof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that upon the approval of said contract, it appear that said contract shall be an advantage to the CITY of CALDWELL and that the mayor and thejl City Clerk of the City of Caldwell be authorized and directed to execute said Contract on j
