WHEREAS, certain gasoline and shop bills hereinafter referred to, and incurred
by various departments of the City of Caldwell,, and the same being payable from the funds '

eral Fund of the City of Caldwell.

B Special Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Room with the Mayor,
Edgar L. Oakes presiding.
on roll call the following Councilmen answered present; W. � Babcock, C. 0.
j McDannel, Oscar Stengel, W. B. Hanford, G. M. Fenrich, and 1,3. S. San ever.
The Mayor announced that the first thing to be considered was the Airport
Contract upon which the contract was read.
RESOLUTION �
y WHEREAS the City Attorney as directed by the Mayor and Council prepared a quit -
j able contract between the City of Caldwell and Mack S. Johnstone permitting him to use
the Airport for certain purposes, a copy of said contract is attached to these minutes
and made a part thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE it appears to the Mayor and Council that it. is to the best advan-

tags of the City of Caldwell that the contract be entered into, and
BE IT RESOLVED, that upon the approval of said contract by the Airport Committee::
of the City of Caldwell the mayor and the Cit. Clerk of the City of Caldwell be authorized
and directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Caldwell.

within the city, a copy of said contract is attached to these minutes and made a part there-

that said contract shall be an advantage to the CITY of CALDWELL and that the mayor and thejl
City Clerk of the City of Caldwell be authorized and directed to execute said Contract on
