Page 152 The Mayor requested that everyone stand for the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. The Roll of the City Council was called with the following members present: Raymond, Valdez, Nancolas, and Jarboe. Absent: Murdoch and Houchins. (ADOPTION OF THE TENTATIVE L3tiDGET FOR 1990 -91) Mayor Dakan explained that the Special Meeting was called for the purpose of adopting the tentative budget for the 1990 -91 year for. the City of 'Caldwell. There was to be no public nput at this tizl7e, bua' the Pub is Hearing on the proposed budget was to be held o;,z September 4, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. At that time, all interested persons may appear and show cause, if they have any, why said proposed budget should not be adopted. The Mayor requested that the Council take action on the tentative budget at this time. It was MOVED by Nancolas, SECONDED by Valdez than the tentative budget for the fiscal period October 1, 1990 - September 30, 1991, For the City of Caldwell be adopted. Roll call vote. Those voting yes: Nancolas, Jarboe, Raymond, and Valdez. Those voting no: none. Absent and not voting: Murdoch and Houchins.
