Thereupon Councilmen Sloop moved that the City accept the Mitchell - Graves policy on a three years basis, payments to be mr.de as follows: First Year---------- ----- - - - - -- $1260.14 Second Year-------------- - - - - -- 944.93 Third Year------ - - - - -- .. 944.93 which motion was duly seconded by Councilman Thornock. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Council, it was moved by Councilman Olesen, seconded by Councilman Thornock that Council adjourn. Motion carried. Mayor. On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: J.Randall Sloop, Pete Olesen, F. E. Newman and E. E. Fresher. Absent: John Finck and 0. L. Thornock.. The ^.favor informed the Council the meeting was called to take up new and un- finished business. The Mayor directed the Clerk to call t'Te roll on the, above motion with the following result: Those voting in the affirmativc were: Slab p, Olesen, Nevrman And F'ras'.or. Negative: None. Absent and rot noting: Finck and Thornock. The Ynyor declared the motion had passed by the necessary three - fourths majority and directed the Clerk to read Lill he 4, the second time by title and the third time i^ full section by section.
