Coincil met in regular session persuent to ad0ournment of August"15, 1827,
with Mayor Dunlap presiding, and the following Councilmen present; DAVIS, DUTTON,
HOPIPMAN, JACKSON AND 1ACCONNEL. ABSENT: 1 FORD.
The application of J. Wail & Co. for Pool Hell License was read, and it was
voted on motion of MoConnel, seconded by Davis, that the same be granted for the quarter
ending Nov. 30, 1927.
Supt. Porter reported that good progress was being made in organizing the work
of grading bnd graveling the streets with the least possible delny. That there was
66 blocks to be graded and graveldd and that they had hoped to be able to do one block
a day, with the addition of some extra equipment that would be required.
It was voted on motion of Dutton, seconded by Davis, that the Street Committee
secure a certain Rock Crusher from the State of Idaho at a rental of 9100.00 per month,
and to purchase a light Truck to be equipped with s'dump body, all of which was to be
put in pperation.
It was voted on motion of Hoffman, seconded by Jackson, that the following
bills be allowed shd that warrants be drawn on the Water Works Depreciation Fund-
