The Executive Session was called to order by Mayor Peter B.
Cowles.
The Roll of the City Council was called with the following
members present: Winder, Raymond, Straight, and Carter. Absent:
Mallea and Jarboe.
(BUSINESS PRESENTED AT THE EXECUTIVE SESSION)
Mayor Cowles stated that this Executive Session was requested at
the last Regular City Council Meeting. The motion was made by
Councilman Winder and seconded by Councilman Carter that pursuant
to the Idaho State Code, Section 67- •2343, the City Council meet
in an Executive Session to discuss personnel. The motion was
passed.
The Council met and discussed the subject as stipulated. Two
Representatives from the Idaho Employer's Council were present
for the meeting. There being no further business, the Meeting
was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
