COUNCIL CHAMMS

The Council met pursuant to recess and acknowledgement of notice in the following form:
We, the undersigned Moor and Members of the City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, do each
hereby acknowledge notice of a Recessed Meeting of the said City Council, to be held in the Council Chambers
in-the City Hall in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, at the hour of 8100 P.M., on the 17th day of August, 1964,
for the transaction of all business in connection with the following objects New and unfinished business.
Witness our signatures this 17th dap of August, 1964.

Upon Roll Call, the following Councilmen answered presents James W. "Bill" Keye V. Jay Martin,
and C, A, Davenport, Absents E, L, Vassar, Max Luby, and Charles W. Carpenter.,
There not being a quorum of the Council present, Mayor Smith announced a special meeting to be h
it -4100 P. M, in the Council Chambers on the 21st day of August, 1964.

There being no further business to come before the Council, it was moved by Councilman Davenport,
seconded by Councilman Vassar that the meeting recess until
August 17, 1964 in the Council Chambers at
8100 P. M. A vote was taken and the motion unanimously carried.
The meeting recessed at 9s10 P. M.
