Thereupon the Mayot declared the motion carried, and Bill No. 21 now become Ordinance No. 466, signed and approved same and directed the Vlerk to record same in Book of urdinanoes and be published in the Caldwell News- Tribune the official newspaper of the City of Caldwell, Idaho. It was voted on motion of Jackson, seconded by Eodonnel, that Council adjourn to August 17, 1928. APPROVED: I `_ COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AUGUST 17, 1928, 8:30, P. BILL NO. 22, BY MCCONNEL, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE VACATING THAT PART OP 11TH AVENUE LYING BETWEEN DEARBOHN STREET AND EVERETT STREET IN THE CITY OF uALDWELL, IDAHO # " was regd the first time in full. It was voted on motion of Hoffman, seconded by uatton, that all bids for the construction of curbs and gutter in Local Street improvement District No. 8,be rejected. It was voted on motion of Mc®onnel, seconded by on ford. that a notice be pub- lished calling for bide for the construction of curbs and gutter in Local Street improve- ment District No. 8, payable in Sonde only. The reports of the City Treasurer, city Clerk and Sexton was regd and ordered placed on file. It was voted on motion of Wamford, seconded by MoConnel, that the water Works Committee be authorized to advertise for bide for drilling of three wells up to a depth of 400 feet.
