To the Members of the City Council of Caldwell, Idaho. ^� I Gentlemen i You will please take notice that I, 0. H. Turner, Mayor of the City of Caldwell, have called a meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall upon August 17, 1914 at eight o'clock P. M. the object h of which meeting is as followee- OBJECT The object of the meeting is the passage of an Ordinance announcing the the intentions of the City of Caldwell to create three sprinkling districts and the taking of other necessary steps in said regard. Present Councilmen Ackley, Adams, Boone, Harrington and Steun- enberg, S. Ben Dunlap, Clerk. The following business was transactede The call for the meeting was read as follows e Caldwell, Idaho, August 22, 1914. To the Members of the City Council. Gentlemen e You are hereby notified that a Special Meeting of the City Council is here- by called for Monday morning August twenty fourth, Nineteen Hundred Fourteen, at nine o'clock a, m. , to be hold in the Council Ch=ber of the City Htt11 of said City. The object of the said meeting is to consider the passage of a bill declaring the intention of the City of Caldwell to create a Sprinkling District, known as J Sprinkling Improvement District Number One, and the taking of other necessary steps in this regard. This call is issued by virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the Council, during the tempurary absence from the City of the Mayor. IN WITNDSS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this twenty second day of August, in the year Nineteen Hundred Fourteen.
