M. On Roll Call the following Council men answered Present: ASS.- Boyntnn, G. M. Fenrich and F.D. Mumford. Absent: Mayor: Emery -1„ Vq.gger Edgar L. Oakes, G. W. Montgom -ry and 5 7,.R. Pursuant to adjournment of the adjourned meeting of August 17th., 1936 the Council met in the Council Rooms of the City Hall at 8 o'clock P. M. with the Mayor Emery L. Vassar presiding. On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Edgar L. Oakes,, G. M. Fenrich, F. F.D. Mumford, W.S.Boynton. Absent: G. W. Montgomery and W.R. Holl,inieworth. Councilman G. W. Montgomery entered and was marked present. Thereupon the following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Oakes,"' RESOLUTION By Oakes. WHEREAS, Mr. Carl Bigler, has presented to the Mayor and Council a petition for the cancellation of sprinkling taxes levied and assessed against lots No's, 17 and 1® of Block 8, DOrman's Addition in the City of Caldwell, according to the official plat there— [ of now on file and of record in the office of the xecorder of Canyon County, Idaho, for the years 1927, 1928, 1929, 1930, 1931, 1932, in the sum of 0.70 for each of said years, $3.30 for each of the years, 1933, 1934 and 1935, making a total of assessments, without penalties and interest, in the seam of $32.10, and �fYSo_d rq: G 4.v "� I
