Caldwell Golf Association (approval of amendments)
Amendments to the two agreements between the Caldwell Golf Association and the City of Caldwell
were presented by Mayor }immerman for Council annroval.

Right -of -way (Mrs. Martha Scott)
Mayor Simmerman reported he was unable to negotiate with Mrs, Martha Scott regarding right -of -way
for prcnosed L. I. D.
Street Light Roy L. Hubler
Mayor Simmerman reported a xeouestfrom Roy L. Hubler for street light at the intersection of

Oregon & Ash.
This was rferred to the Street Committee. -
Mayor Simmerman reported the A.M.A. Congress would be held in Seattle August 26.
There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Councilman Smith,
seconded by Councilman Luby that Council adjourn. Motion carried.

The Regular Monthly Mseting of the City Council met in the Council Rooms of the City Hall, with
Mayor Ed Simmerman presiding.

Trailer Home ( Charles Stephenson)
Charles Stephenson was present and requested Council permission to glace a trailer home on the
proce formerly owned by Plsricn Correll,
Mayor Simmerman informed Mr. Stephenson a petition signed by adjacent residents should be presented
for Council approval showing �o objections to the location of ttis trailer home.
Councilman Eldredge entered and was marked present.
Sewer Easement'(Mrr. Scott.)

Bob Sower informed the Council he was unable to negotiate 1 Martha Scott for A sewer line
right -of -way.
Mayor Simmerman and City Engineer were instructed to contact M Scott and see if some plan could
be worked out to obtain right -of -way.
ivil Air Patrol water line
Representatives from the Civil Air Patrol were present end requested the City to extend the water

ina to the Air Patrol building at the Airport.

City Engineer recommended the existing line be changed from 3A inch to one inch. Mr. Lewis stated
he approximate cost of this line excluding labor would be $13h.30.
Moved by Councilman Smith, seconded by Councilman Luby the material for this line be furnished

by the City and the Civil Air Patrol provide labor for the installation of this line, also the metered
water charge be waived as long as this building is used by the Civil Air Patrol.

Mayor Simmerman reported routing of the Interstate Highway would be discussed at the August 21st

Moved by Co•nrrilman Eldredge, seconded by C Smith the City Attorney be instructed to pre -
fare the necessary papers to adopt the new "C" Zone map.

Mayor Simmerman reported the Bank of Idaho requested the Council to pass another resolution,
rhen all members of the Council were present, authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute two agreements
