Ed Simmerman, Mayor
Caldwell
Idaho
Dear Ed:
li
I always feel that when something warrants commendation it should be given and
I personally want to commend yourself, the City Council, and whoever of the
Recreation Board isresnonsible for the present management and operation of our
swimming pool.
I have had occasion in past years to observe and inspect the pool under previous
management and candidly think that conditions there were a disgrace and those in
charge were not fit to be associating with smaller children.
This year I have taken particular note of the cleanliness of the pool and its
surroundings and its management under Duke Sherman and his assistants, George
and Pete and I want you to know the improvement is a difference between darkness
i
and light. The pool is once again a credit to our Community.
Would you be so kind as to pass this word of commendation to whoever is responsible.
.I
With kindest personal regards,
/s/ Frank E. Meek
