The
Council met in regular session with Mayor Smeed absent, President of the
Council
Mumfordppresiding, Counoilmen, Feeling, Eimbrough, Robb, and Wheeler, prey
sent,
and Harman absent.
'Minutes of the previuos session were read and approved.
•It was voted on motion of
Wheeler, seconded by Kimbrough, that resolution of
Condolences be adopted and message sent Mrs.Karding.
It was voted on motion of Feuling, seconded by.Kimbrough, that bills as approved
be allowed and warrants ordered drawn as follows:

It was voted on motion of Simbrough, seconded by �euling, that All Banks be request&
to continue Surety Bonds for Municipal funds on deposit.
it was voted on motion of Feeling, seconded by Robb, that the Couyoil adjourn to
Sept.5th,1923.
