We know there is an oraina ce that requires a residence to be hooked to the sewer in a short oeriod after there in a sewer line, or the city will hook theuo up and the owner will be billed "or it. The code is that each residant on the same pr- operty must have a separate line to the sewer and be vented with a four inch stacl_ Now that we voted in a sewerage disposal plant we request that any where in the city them is a sewer line that a property owner be forced to disnose of the out door toilet and be hooked to +he sewer.
