u, the garbage has been passed, of wldch we hope will be inforced.
We know there is an oraina ce that requires a residence to be hooked to the sewer in a
short oeriod after there in a sewer line, or the city will hook theuo up and the owner will
be billed "or it.
The code is that each residant on the same pr- operty must have a separate line to the sewer
and be vented with a four inch stacl_ Now that we voted in a sewerage disposal plant we
request that any where in the city them is a sewer line that a property owner be forced
to disnose of the out door toilet and be hooked to +he sewer. '4* wish to have 'his san-
itation situation cleaned up.
Where cabins and t.railors are made into transit quarters for rentals with no adiquit fac-
cilities are available have them abolished.
Chief of Police cudd infor t},e petitioners the conditions setforth in the petition were under
investigation by the Police `epartment.
hhn L. Coon and Harlen Levis raquested the closing of "0" Street 'oetween Michigan and Indiana.
