COUNCIL CHAMBERS CITY OF CALDWELL. IDAHO AUG. 3rd, 1920
Council met in regular session pursuant to adjournment.
Co is a d4yman president of the Council presiding, the
following Councilman were present Dunlap, Fouling Hayman and 7Jeotaott.
ORDINANCE NO # 343 ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE was read the second
time.
Motion was made by Dunlap seconded by Fouling that the Street Com.
and City Engineer prepare special assessment roll for 1920. carried.
Motion made by Dunlap and seconded by Westoott that the water and
park committees be authorized to secure expert advise in regard to
supply pipe from pump house to stand pipe.
Motion made by Westoott seoot)de by Fouling that Council adjourn to
Wednesday the 4. at 9 o'clock ok. M. carried.

ORDINANCE NO 343 ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE was read the third
time. motion made by Dunlap seconded by Fouling that ordinance be passed
and on the roll being called on the motion the vote was;
Ayes; Dunllp, Fouling Hayipan and Sutton.
Absent Moore and Westoott.
Motion made by Sutton seconded by Fouling that Council adjourn.
