M. r�ll Council met in regular session with Mayor Dunlap presiding, and the following Councilmen presemt; DAVIS, DUTTON, HOFFMAN, JACKSON, MCCCONNEL AND MUMFORD. Absent; NONE. Minutes of last meetings read and approved. A petiti6n was presented sighed by musinesemen on Kimbell Avenue, by a committee consisting of Deen and A. C. Garber, asking for double parking on Kimball Avenue from Main Street to the Post Office. The matter was referred to Mumford and Jackson to report back to the Council. H. H. Hayman appeared before the Council asking,that Block 1, Wash. Heights and Block 7 Dorman's Addition be vacated for the reason that the water assessment was ouch that it made the kind unprofitable to cultivate or own. The matter was referred to the Irrigation Gommittee to investigate and report. It was voted on motion of MoConnel, seconded by Jackson, that the following the bills as approved be allowed and warrants be drawn on the various funds for amounts. NO. TO WHOM DRAWN. Lights 572.70 TOTAL 572.70 The grand total of all warrants drawn amount to 10,815.56. It was voted on motion of Jackson, seconded by Hoffman, that a note given the Bunting Tractor Co. for U400.00, sent to the First Rational Bank for collection be paid out of the Road Fund. The Clerk was instructed to advise AI. Alexander Co. that the bank under the sidewalk in front of their lots on Seventh Street was caving away, and that it should be reinforced to preserve safety and prevent accident. It was voted on motion of Dutton, seconded by Jackson, that Council adjourn to August 8, 1927, at 8;00 P. L1. APPROVED Clerk
