EXECUTIVE SESSION

The Executive Session was called. to order by Mayor McCloskey.
The Roll of the City Council was called with the following
members present: Raymond, L. Carter, J. Carter, Mallea, and
Betts. Absent: Cowles.
(EXECUTIVE SESSION CALLED)
The Council convened into this session pursuant to Idaho State
Code, Section 67 -2343_ The Meeting was called by the City
Attorney for the purpose of discussing litigation with regard to
land. A motion was made at the Regular City Council Meeting of
July 27th establishing the date and time of the Executive Session.
After discussion, the Meeting was adjourned at 5:OO p.m.
