The Council met in regular session pursuant to adjourmnet with Mayor Miller, presid , Council- men Bollman, Kimbrough, Mmmford, Oakes, Rowland, and Westoottpresent. Bill No.18 by Mumford, "Entitled an Ordinance appropriating money in Such Sum and sums as are deemed necessary to defray all proper expenses and liabilities of the City of 9aldwell. of I otherprise provided, for the fiscal year begifning'on the first Tmesay of Ma7,19221 was r ad for the first ti*e. A motion was made by Westoott, asoonded by Bollman, that the rules regni ing the reading of a Bill on hhree separkte days be suspended with and read the second time by t Ale and the third time in fall and placed on its final passage.
