The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Nancolas at 6:00 p.m.
Council members present: Blacker, Oates, Hopper, Callsen, and Sobba.
Council members absent: Dakan.
Staff members present: Jose Menchaca, Brian Billingsley, E1Jay Waite, Jeff Strothman, Chris
Allgood, and Monica Jones.

• Cisco System —Jose Menchaca
• FY -2009 Police Budget — Chris Allgood
• Wage Increases — Monica Jones
• General Fund Revenue & Expenditures — E1Jay Waite
(ACTION ITEMS)
• Review and re- evaluate police budget in an effort to reduce any tax increase.
• Review and compare purchase of police vehicles.
• Set date of July 31, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. for a budget workshop to discuss the FY -2009 Fire Budget.
