It was voted on motion of Jackson, seconded by Mumford, that Council adjourn
to July 22, 1927 at 8 :00 PP 12.

Council met in regular session persuant to adjournment if, 1927, at 8:00
P. Id., with Idayor Dunlap presiding and the following Councilmen present: DAVIS.,. DUTTON,
JACKSON, IdCCONNEL AND I=FORD. ABSENT: HOFFIAAN.
It was voted on motion of MoConhel, seconded by Jackson, that the contract be
awarded to Chas. H. Helmer for $3648.00 to build Storm Sewer to Local Improvement Distrio
No. 5.
It was vtted on motion of Mumford, seconded by Jackson, that the Certificate
Depdait accompanying the bid on Storm Sewer made by Caldwell Plumbing & Heating do. be
returned to them.
The matter of the approach to the Shell Filling Station on 7th Street was
referred to the Street Committee with power to act.

Bill No. 5, wae/the third time in full, and on the question as put by the Mayor
Shall Bill No. 5 pass ?, the Clerk was caused to call the roll with the following result;
AYES: DAVIS, DUTTON, JACKSON, MCCONNEL AND MUMFORD.
NAYES: NONE.
ABSENT: HOPFXLN. The Mayor declared that Bill No. 5 had passed by the necessary 3/4
majority, and now became Ordinance No. 442.
Bill No. 6, was read the third time in Pull, and on the question as put by the
Mayor, Shall Bill No. 6 pass ?, the Clark was caused to call the roll with the following
result:
AYES: DAVIS, DUTTON, JACKSON, MCCONNEL AND TuM[F ORD.
HAYES: NONE.
ABSENT: HOFMIAN. The Mayor declared that Bill No. 6 had passed by the necessary 3/4
majority, and now became Ordinance No. 443.
It was voted on motion of Jackson, seconded by'Davis, that the City Engineer's
Bond be fixed at 11000.00.
f It was voted on motion of Numford, seconded by Davis, that Council adjourn.

It was voted pn motion of McQonnel, seconded by Davis, that the Mayor appoint
a committee to investigate the formation of a Garbage District, and provide way and
means to take care of the City garbage and disposing of same. The Mayoy appointed.
