Council met in regular session pursuant to &djaurnment with Mayor Ward
presiding, The following councilmen were present;
S Ben Dunlap, Ft Fouling, H H Hayman and Frank Moore.
Absent A E Sutton, Joe Diokems.
Reports of the City Clerk, Supt Waterworks. Street Commisioner, Bldg. Insp-
ector, Sexton sad Librarian were read and on motion Hayman seconded by Fouling
accepted and ordered f6laced on file.
On motion of Dunlap seconded by Moore the clerk was instructed to call
for bids on sewer No. 6
On motion Dunlap seconded by Fouling the Park commissioner was authorized
e a power mower for the city to procure p y arks. P
On motion Hayman seconded by Moore it was voted that the committee having
in charge the matter of opening of Grant and Seventh Streets be authorized
to pay Mess Hanna and Madden not to exceed $1660.00 for those streets in Hardy
Addition -and the two triangular pieces of land lying south of said streets.

On motion Dunlap seaonded by Hayman the mayor was authorized to appoint a
salary committee. Moore, Fouling and Hayman were appointed.

Motion Dunlap seconded by Moore council adjourned to Monday the 21st. 1919.

Council met in regular session pursuant to adjournment with Mayor
Ward presiding: The following councilmen were present; Dunlap, Fouling,
Hayman Moore and Sutton.
Absent, Dickens.
Moved by Dunlap seconded by Moore that in the matter of payment of
$82,000. general obligat&on bonds that same be paid aerially after the tenth
year at the rate of one tenth each year. carried

best bid on motion of Dunlap seconded by Feuling same was awarded to them.
the mote on the motion was as follows;
Ayes, Dunlap, Fouling, Hayman, Moore and Sutton.
Absent, Dickens.
On motion of Dunlap seconded by Sutton the Mayor and City Clerk were
authorized to sign agreement for the sale of bonds to the above mentioned
firm.

On motion Feulin6 seconded by Sutton the bid of C
H Leighty and Co
was accepted, the vote on the motion was
as follows:
Apes, Dunlap, Fouling, Hayman, Moore and
Sutton.
Absent. Dickens.
Mootion was made by Hayman and
seconded by Fouling
that the city pay
Hanna and Madden $1600.00 for Grant and
Seventh Stroetsgand
the two triangular
lying on the south aide of those streets
and all in what is
known as the B F
Hardy tract. The vote on the motion was:
Ayes Dunlap. Fouling, Hayman, Moore and
Sutton.
Absent. - Oickena.
Motion Hayman seconded by Dunlap oounoil adjourned.
