Council met in regular session, at 8:30 o'clock P. ht., pursuant to adjournment, witih 1.18yor
Kaley, presiding; Councilmen Conley, Dutton, 71mbrough, "umford and McConnel, present, I bspnt
Wheeler.
Bill No. 7, by Dutton, entitled:
"An Ordinance amending Sections 28 and 29 of Ordinance No. 413, entitled 'An Ordinance
providing for the regulation of traffic on the streets, avemxes, alleys and public placeF of
the city of Caldwell, Canyon County, Idaho, providing penalties for the rioletion thereo ; and
repealing Ordinances numbered 2BB, 277 and 360, and all "rdinanoes and parts of Ordinnno a in
conflict herewith."
was introduced and rend for the first time.
Thereupon it was moved by Limbrough, duly seconded by 1.100onnel, that all rules r quiring
the reading of a Bill on three separate days be suspended and that Bill No. 7 be read thE second
time by title and the third time in ful and placed on its final passage. The Mayor caused the
Clerk to call the rollon the motion with the following result: Ayes: Conley, Dutton, Yim rough,
idumford, ZcConnel. Noyes: None. Absent: Wheeler. So the y`ayor declared the motion ha passed
by the necessary three - fourths majority, and directed the Clerk to read Bill No. 7 the s cond
time by title, and the third time in full section by section. The aueetion being "Shall Bill No.
7 pass ?" The "syor directed the Clerk to call the rollwhich regulated as follows: A,ye
Conley, Dutton, Ximbrough, Iumford, _,IcConnel. lnyes: None. Absent: Wheeler. So t e mayor
declared Bill Nol 7 had passed which was approved by the _.;eyor and now became Ordinance ;o. 414.
The I9nyor thereupon directed the Clerk to make the proper entry of the same and cause Or finance
No. 414 to be published in the Caldwell Tribune, t ^e official newspaper of the City of C ldwell,
County of Canyon, State of Idaho.
Bill No. 8 by Mumford, entitled:
"An Ordinance to authorize the issuance of Forty One Thousand Dollars ($41,000) mun Lpal
coupon Street improvement bonds of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, to provide funds for he
purpose of improving the streets and alleys, and the street and alley intersection s n
said city; to provide a .form for said bonds and for the coupons attached thereto; to rovide
a levy for the principal and interest thereof; and to declare an emergency."
was introduced and read for the first time.
Thereupon it was moved b7 Kimbrough, duly seconded by Dutton, that all rules re uiring the
reading of a Bill on three separate days be suspended and that Bill No. 8 be read the as and time

The'Usyci thereupon directed the Clerk to make the proper entry of the same and cause
OrdInanco No. 415 to be published in the Caldwell Tribune, the offickal newspaper of the City of
Caldwell County of Canyon. :state of Idaho.
It was moved by Conley, duly seconded by Dutton, that the Council adjourn. I- lotion carried.
