The City Engineer reco:mtended an increase in the following salaries: Engineer Department Robert Halvorson $ 338.75 to $350.00 per month Don Baird 338.75 to 350.00 per month Water Department Wilma Keech 225.00 to 240.00 per month R. W. Phillips 1.10 per hr to 260.00 per month Moved b y Eldredge, seconded by Shorb the City Attorney be instructed to prepare the necessary papers to put this into effect. Motion carried. The Council met pursuant to call and acknowledgment of notice in the following form: CALL AND ACIYCWLEDGIMIT of 14OTICE We, the undersigned Mayor and Members of the City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho do each hereby acknowledge notice of a special meeting of said City Council to be hold at the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Caldwell, Idaho at the hour of 5;00 o'clock P. M. on the 16th day of July, 1956, for the transaction of all business in connection with the following object: Discussion regarding the plate of payment for the Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds of the City of Caldwell, which object was submitted to each of the undersigned in writing. WITNESS our signatures this 16th day of July, 1956. Mayor Jason C. Smith presiding. Upon Roll Call the following Co 'lmen answered present: Fran Blomquist, L. E. Harrell, George .nd and J. M. Bettis. Absent: Emile Shorb and L. P. Eldredge. The Mayor informed the Council the purchasers of the Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds of the City of 1 have requested the place of payment of these ' ?ends be changed from the First Iational Bank of 1, to the Idaho First National Bank of Caldwell. This matter was thoroughly discussed by the Mayor and Council. Whereupon Councilman Blomquist moved that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare the necessary to conform with request, notion seconded by Councilman Burrell. U?on Roll Call it appeared the motionwss unanimously carried. There being no further business to cane before the Council it was moved by Councilman Cleveland, d by Councilman Bettis that Council adjourn. Motion carried. City Clerk. Mayor.
