The Council met pursuant to call and acknowledgment of notice in the Following forma
CALL-AIM ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF NOTICE
We the undersigned Mayor and Members of the City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, do each
hereby acknowledge notice of a special meeting of said City Council to be held at the Council Chambers in
the City Hall in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, at the hour of 8f00 o P.M, on the 111th, day of July,
1953, for the transaction of all business in connection with the following object: Discussion, on enlargment
of swimming pool, which object was submitted to each of the undersigned in writing.
WITNESS our signatures this 111th, day of July 1953. ,

Upon Roll Call the following"Oouncilmen answered present: L. E. Burrell, Adolph Eggers, Ernest
Weick, pale Fenrich and J, M, Bettis. Absent: Fran Blomquist.
The Mayor informed the Council the meeting was called to take up the matter of enlarging the

swimming pool.
Mr, Frank Crookham, Chairman of the Municipal Swimming Board was present and discussed with the
Mayor and Council the proposed plane for enlarging the swimming pool.
Whereupon it was moved by Councilman Burrell, seconded by Councilman Eggers that the City Engines:
be instructed to prepare the necessary plans for this enlargement to the swimming pool and present them to
the Mayor and .Council for their approval.
Upon Roll Call it appeared the Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Councilman Fenrich,
seconded by Councilman Burrell that Council adjourn. Motion carried. �-2

CALL AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF NOTICE
We the undersigned Mayor and Members of the City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho= do each
hereby acknowledg notice of a special meeting of said City Council to be held at the Council Chambers in
the City Hall In the City of Caldwell, Idaho, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. on the 15th day of July,
1953 for the transaction of all business in connection with the following object: Canvassing of votds
cast at the Municipal. Bond Election held July 341 19539 which object was submitted to each of the under-
signed in writing.
