The Council met in regular session pursuant to sdjournasnt with Mayor Smeed, presiding,
Councilmen, Feuling,Harmon,Kimbrough,Robb, & wheeler, present, and Numford, absent.
Joel Brown, Director of Weights and Measures of the Departmeht of Agrioulture
of the State of Idaho, appeared before the Council and asked their cooperation in des].

within the City of Caldwell.
