by the necessary three-fourths majority and directed the Clerk to read Bill No. 4, the second time by title
and the third time in full section by section and placed on the final passage. The Clerk read th- Bill as
directed. The question being "Shall Bill No. 4. pass?" The Mayor directed the Clerk to call the Roll on
the above question which resulted as follows= Those voting in the ,ffirmative were: Vassar, Luby, Shorb,
and Finley. Negative: None. Absent and not voting: Blomquist and Eldredge.
There the Mayor declared Bill No. 4, had passed rid the Mayor in open session of the Council
duly signed and approved the Bill, and the Clerk duly signed and attested the same which became Ordinance
No. 925. The Mayor directed the Clerk to make proper entry of the same and to cause Ordinance No. 925,
to be published in the News - Tribune the official newspaper of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
There being no further business to come before the Col:ncil it was moved by Councilman Shorb,
seco�•ded by �ouneilman Luby that Council recess until 8 :00 otclock P. M. on the 7th, day of July 1958.

The Regular Monthly Meeting of the City Council met in the Council Room of the City Hall, with
the Mayor Ed Sinverman presiding.
Unon Roll Call the following Co>>ncilmen answered present: E. L. Vassar, Max Luby, Emile Shorb,
and Leland Finley. Absent: Fran Blomq and L. P. F1drwge.

and warrants ordered drawn for the various amounts, all of which have been approved by the Finance

NOW, T REFORE, BE IT RaSOLCO, By the Mayor and Council of the City of Caldwell, as follows:
Section 1, That tae approval of the Eayor and Council of the City of Caldwell is hereby given
to the proposed Ridge Route, as modified, of the pending interstate hi ; project.
Section 2. That notice of this aonroval, and a copy of this resolution be sent to the Idaho Staten
Highway Board by the Clerk of the, City of Caldwell.
Upon Roll Call those voting in the affirmative ere: Luby Shorb and Finley. Negative: Vassar.
Absent and not voting: Eldredge and Blomquist.
