Mayor appointed Chairmen of Cemetery Committee`, Chairman. of Park Committee end Chad anon of Water Committee, being Johns, Bollman, and Gordon. Mr. W. E. Mullikin asked for a light at 6th and Blaine Street, Mayor ordered the Street Committee to look after this proposition. 2dr, W.B.Wagner appeared before the Council and requested that his oontraot with the Oily of Caldwell for the removal of garbage from within the city be extended for a. period of five years from the first day of Ootober', 1930: thereupon, capoilmen Bollman introduoed the following resolution, to -wit; RESOLIITIC3 R0, 41 BY Bollman A R3801,UTI08 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OP THE CITY OF CALDVMLL, MWO, TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH IN E. WAGNER, FOR THE RMOV4L OF GARBAGE IN WE CITY OF CALDWELLI BATA CONTRAOT TO CORER A URIOD OP PIV3 YEARS PROM OCTOBER 1; 1980, TO OOTOBERI, 1936, WHEREAS, Thu City of Caldwell, heretofore an the 28th flay of September, 1989, entered into a Contract with R. E. Wagner, for the removal of garbage from the Oily of Caldwell, Idaho, and WSERMA It appears advisable and to the best interests of the City of Oaldweli to renew said contract for a period of five years from the lot day of October, X980, to the first day of October, 1938t SOW, TBERVORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Mayor and Ocnaoii or the City of Caldwell`, Idaho, ea followa; Section 1. That the Mayor of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, be aad he hereby is authorised to enter into a contract with R. E. Wagner of Caldwell; Idaho; for the removal of garbage from the City of Caldwell, as required by Ordinanoe No. 419, amid contract to be for the term of five years from the lot day of October, 1980, to the let day of October, 1955; said R. E. Wegner to receive no oompeneation for said services from the. City of Caldwell and to maim no charge whatever to any person or Citizen of the City of Caldwell, for the removal of maid garbage; said R. 8.
