SO the Uayor deolare•, Bill No.12 had passed Councilman, Fouling, Harmon, Kimbrough, Mumford, Robb, & w heeler, present. #392. Th The minutes of the previous sessions were read and approved. NAYE3 ABSIMT: NONE. SO the Uayor deolare•, Bill No.12 had passed and now became Ordinance #392. Th Clerk was instructed to make proper entry and cause the same to be published in the Galdwell 1: ribune, the Official 14 owspaper of Caldwell.Idaho. motion was made by Kimbrough, secoddid by Harmon, that the council operate on a certain tentativ estimate. The vote standing three to three with Harmon, Kimbrough, amd Ltulford in the effi tive and Feuling, iiobb, & Wheeler, in the Negative, the Mayor voted No, thereby the motion w a declared lost.
