3� COUIJOIL ORALN3ER, JULY 6, 1927. Council met in regular session with Pres. Mumford presiding and the following and Councilmen present: DAVIS, DUTTON, HpPmuN, JACHSO y UCCOIIIIEL._:_BBSEBT: MAYOR DIIULAP: Minutes of last sessions read and approved. Bill No. 4 was read the third time in full, and on motion of Hoffman, seconded b Davis, "shall Bill No. 4 pass?" The Clerk was directed to call the roll with the following result: AYES; DAVIS, DUTTOII, HOFFI.L4N, JAC=ON AND dCCOME.L. HAYES:NOIJE. The President declared that Bill had passed, and approved the same,, now became Ordinance No. 440. The Clerk was directed to make proper:antry and cause the same to be published in the Caldwell News, the official for the City of Caldwell, Idaho. The applications for Pool Hall Lioense from Geo. Franklin, I. H. haters and G. S. Itaad, having been accompanied by the regular fee was read, and upon motion of Jackso seconded by Hoffman, that the same be granted. Carried. The Clerk was directed to issue soma in regular form. It was voted bn motion of I,1odonnel, seconded by Davis, that the Mayor be authori to enter into a contract for the City of Caldwell with Claud Luellen for the removal of garbage from said city according to the terms and conditions of Ordinance PTO. 419. The said contract be made for a period of one year, and further, that it may be terminated by either parties upon a written notice within 30 days.
