The ayor appointed Rowland, Bollman and pakes. Geo.Warren ,counsel for C.E.811baugh and K.,protested against the oontsaot leg to Godfr and Turner for the painting of the municipal Water Tank. Bollman reported that the Committee on betting the, contract for painting the Water Bank had let the same to-Godfrey and Turner, oonsidering tB -the beat bid.
