It was vogd•on mottion of estoott that the bid of aldwell Tribune be accepted and that
the Caldwell Tribune be the "Official Raper" after the Both of August,' I92I.•
Bill 3o.4, by Rowland. " An Ordinance creating and establishing a local
( improvement district, to be called 'LOCAL LLTF •'Aar• SEWER noRovium DISTRICT N099" in the Olt
of aldwell `Countyof anyon,= State of Idaho ` for the purpose of constructing a suitable sews
system and drainage and disposal works therein, fixing the specific boundaries of Baia propos
district l the general character ofthe said proposed improvement, and the estimated coat of th
some, ana providing for such costs to be assessed against all the property included within an
sewer improvement district, and providing that the coats and expenses of said sewer improveme
made in the spaces formed by the function and intersection of streets and avenue* and in the
spaces gppoette alleys in such district, shall, be borne by the property abutting,Ironting, co
tiguous, or contributory to said Intersection, and shall be a lien upon said property the man
as any other assessment against slid property in said district, and preosribing the method of
such assessment, -and the payment thereof, and repaeling. all ordinances, rescluthans,or orders

Oakes of the Irk Committee recommended That Wm.Bischoff be appointed "Park Police"
A oommanloation from the Pirst National Bank concerning the payment of Registered warrant
on the e ater Works Fund was read by Stamford 9f the Finance Committee
It Was voted on motion of Oakes that a committee of three be appointed to try agd arrange
a livestock route in and out of the City. The ayor appointed Rowland, Bollman and pakes.
Geo.Warren ,counsel for C.E.811baugh and K.,protested against the oontsaot leg to Godfr
and Turner for the painting of the municipal Water Tank.
Bollman reported that the Committee on betting the, contract for painting the Water Bank
had let the same to-Godfrey and Turner, oonsidering tB -the beat bid.
Boll- of the.Fire Hoes Committee reported that they had let the awarding of the same t
the Idaho Imp.00 '
