COUNCIL
CHAMBERS CALDWELL IDAHO JULY 6, 1920
Council met in regular
session with Mayor
Ward presiding, the
following Councilmen were present;
Dunlap, Fouling, Hayman,
Moore Sutton and
Westcott.
TEia being the time set
for the hearing of
objections to the
assessment roll of Paving District
No 3 City Clerk announced that no
objections had been Piled. motion
made by Dunlap seconded by Hayman
that
Coungil notify John E Price
and Co in order that bonds for stdd
District may be issued.
A communication from
Warren Construction
Co was read in which
they
asked for an extension of time on their Paving
Contract but no act-
ion was taken by the Council.

as read.
The following bills against the city were
read and on motion
Feuline seconded by Moore were allowed and Cler instructed to issue
warrents the respective funds for same.

The bid of the Warren Construction Company for the construction of
Paving District No. 4, was the only one received. On a motion of "Dunlap ",
seconded by "Sutton ", same was referred to the Road & Park Committeeand City
Engineer.
Bids for the construction of sidewalk was referred to the Committee
consisting of Councilmen "Dunlap, Wescott and Heyman ".
Ordinance No. 342 read the first time.
On motion "Dunlap" seconded by "Sutton ", the bond of 0. H. Leighty & Co.,
was released.
This being the time set for the hearing of objections to Assessment Lam >
Roll Paving District No. 3, City Clerk announced that no objections had been
filed. Motion made by "Dunlap, seconded "Hayman" that Council notify John E. Price
& Co., in order that bonds for said District may be assAred.
Motion "Sutton, seconded by "Moore ", Council adjourned to July 81h, 1920.
