It was stated that the Council understood these bide to be for all concrete work. i - I Bill No. 2, by Forbes, entitled, "An Ordinance vacating, abandoning and _ discontinuing the plat and the alley appearing thereon of the Blocks Sixty (60), Sixty one (61) and Sixty three (63) of N.ountain View Addition to the City of Caldwell, Idaho, as the same appear upon the revised map thereof now un file in the office of the Recorder of Canyon County, Idaho ", was read for the second time. L The Attorney submitted a contract to be entered into between the City and Terry and Mc Gee contractors, covering the agreement for the construction of concrete work. It was voted upon motion of Hayman that the Wayor and Clerk be empowered and instructed to sign the same on behalf of the City. The City Attorney was instructed to draft an ordinance to amend the Ordinance providing that the City Fanks are depostituries for City Funds, changing the rate of interest required and the kind of bonds to be furnished.
