following business was
transacted.

26th.,1914 Were read
and upon motion of Parker approved.
The following bills were read and upon motion of Parker were allowed and
warrants were ordered
drawn on the several funds in payment
of the same as Poilows;

presi ding, Council man - Ackley, Adams, Boone, Harrington and Steunenb erg present
S.Ben Dunlap Olerk,when the following business was transacted. -
The reports of the following officers for the month of June.1914 were read,
City C1erk,Police Judge,Oity Treasurer,City Mnginear,Road Oommissioner,Water
Commissioner and Sexton-The Annual report of the City Librarian for the year
ending July lat.1914 and the Semi - annual report of the Fire Department for
the term ending June 30th.,1914 were also read. It was voted upon motion
of Harrington that the reports be approved and ordered placed on file.
