make proper entry of the passage of the Ordinance upon the Journal of the proceedings of
the Council as a part of the minutes of this meeting and further directed the Clerk to
cause Ordinance No. 508 to be published in the Oaldwell News- Tribune, the official news-
paper of the Oity_of Oaldwell, Idaho.
Moved by.Bales and seconded by Hollingsworth that the City Treasurer.be authoriz-
ed to pay the last half Of the 1932 taxes. Motion Carried.
Moved by.Boynton and aeoonded by Montgomery that this Council stand adjourned.
Motion Carried.

The Regular Monthly Meeting of the Oity Council met in the Council Room of the

. W. Montgomery and W. R. Hollingsworth, Councilmen, whereupon, the Chairman of the F#tsoe
declared. the Council adjourned until 6:00 P. M on the evening of July 5, 1 933,
or want of a Quorum.

The City Council met pursuant to adjournment Of July 3rd. in the 17oupoil Room
of the City Hall, with the Mayor, E. L. Vassar, presiding.
On Roll Call, the following Councilmen answered present: E. L. Oakes, W. S. Boynt
0. E. Bales, G. M. yenrioh, 0. W. Montgomery-and W. R. Hollingsworth.

The Minutes of June 5 /and June 29th. read anp approved as read.
A letter .was read from Colonel S. D. Hays, thanking the Mayor and all other City
officials for their hospitality while the 116th. Cavalry were visiting in the 0ity.
The Mayor- asked the Olerk to write letter to Colonel Hays thanking him for his
letter of appreciation and inviting the Oavalry back at any future time.
The Bills for June were read and on motion made by Bales and aeoonded by Fenrich
that these Bills be allowed and Warrants be ordered drawn for the various amounts, all of
which had been approved by the 0hailman of the Finance Committee. Motion Carried.
