It was voted on motion of Rowlandgi seconded by Oakes, that the above Resolution be s cepted. It was voted on motion of Mamford, seconded by Oakes, that the Counoi adjourn. APPROVED YOR. CITY CLER&:. COUNCIL ORAMHERS,JULY IST,1922. The Council met in regular session with Yawor Miller, prosidisit;Counoilmen,Bollman,I Momford, Oakes,Rowland, and westoott present. John Baker tendered his resignation as Chief- of -Polioe.It was voted on motion of K1 seconded by Mumford, that the resignation be accepted. The mayor announced the appointment of J.W.Watkins to fill the vacancy caused by the ation of Baker. It was voted on motion of Veit oott, seconded by Rowland., that the Appoint approved. it was voted on motion of Westoott, seconded by Bollman. that the Surety Bond of the Western Rational Bank in lieu of the personal-Bond held by the City be accepted on reoom of Mumford,Chm. of the Finance Committee.
