'- P.W.Campbell presented a petition,'eigned by twenty or more residents of Canyon Hill asking the Council to prohibit the use of the Canal near the Syphon as a public bathing place for the youngsters of the City. This matter was referred to the Chief of Police. E.F.DEounrut, living at the corner of 4th Ave. and Grant°St., asked for information as to Wq the Idaho -Power Co. would not tarnish him with electricity. Upon the advice of the City Attorney hw was referred to the Public Utilities Commission. W.T.Kimbrough of the Condemnation Committee reported that they did not know what to do with the yarge laundry.
