Miller introduced a rosolution providing that the City Clerk be authorized and directed to charge certain accounts, amounting in the total to the sum of $20,915.95 to the "Reserve Account" and credit the "Accounts Keceivable" account with the same accounts and in the same amounts, on the water works books of the City of Caldwell, Idaho. A motion was made by Councilman Sanberg, seconded 1 ii. Ailler, that the resolution be adopted. The roll being called on the motion, the vote resulted; Ayee- Dickene, Amos J. Miller, F. 1t. A motion was made by Councilman Mitchell, seconded Councilman Dickens , that the 1,1ayor and City Clerk be and hereby are authorized, empowered and instructed to execute a contract on behalf of the City, with the 0. S. L. ii. R. Co., covering the use of City water by said Company for a period of trio years from the 26th day of January, 1918, at a flat rate of $75.00 per month.
