Manager It was moved by Burrell, seconded by Mason that the City Treasurer transfer $ 2231.54 from the , Cemetery Sinking Fund to correct errors in apportioning rents from the Cemetery Iand to the Cemetery Sinking, Fund. On Roll Call it appeared the motion was unanimously carried There being no further business to comebefore the Council dt was moved by Councilman Myyers, second ad by Councilman "arding that Council adjourn. The Council met pursuant to Call and Acknowledgement of Notice in the following forme I' CALL AND ACRNOVT=EPIENT OF NOTICE We the undersigned, Mayor and Hemvers of the City Council of the City of Caldwell, Idaho, do each hereby acknowledge notice of a special meeting of said City Council to be held at the Council Chambers 11 in the City of Caldwell, Idaho, at the hour of 800 P. M., on the 30th day of ,tune, 19479 for the transaction 0f all business in corwection with the following objects: Considering applications for liquor license under Ordinance 7 and applications for slot machine license. Mayor. ounc unci an sn C c ig �ouncilmn Council,m Co :c Ilman Mayor R. H, McNeill Presiding. On Roll Call the following Councilmen answered present: Mason, Glaisyer, Were, Fenrich and Harding. Absents Burrell. An application for liquor license under Ordinance N 707 was read from R. L. Graves, the fee accompanying the application. Moved by Mason, seconded by Were that his license be granted. A 'ilea" and "Nay" vote was had thereon with the following result: "Yea ". Mason, Glaisyer, i Were, Fenrich and "arding. "Nay": None. Absent and not voting: Burrell. Application for five slot machine licenses was read from the Saratoga Club Inc., the fee ac— companying the application. Moved* Harding, seconded by Fenrich that these licensee be grated "A "Yea" and "Nay" vote was had thereon with the following eesult: "Yea "e Mason, Glaisyer, Wars, Fenrich m d "arding: "Nay" None. Absent and not voting: Burrell. There being no further business to cone before the Council it was moved by Councilmm Mason seconded by Councilman Wers, that Council adjourn. Motion carried.
