The Mayor informed the Cotmeil that the Meeting was called to tale up the matter of closing Ir-ing Street between 9th., and Kimball. Ur. A. L. Yurphy representing a number of citizens appeared and petitioned the Mayor and'Council not to close Irving Street, The Mayor informed Mr. Murphy that Ir.ing Street would not be closed. The Clerk read a petitionfrom Harry A. Tatum, recTuesting the cancellation of Special Improvement Taxes on Lots 1,2,3 and 4 in Block 103 of Goandu Addition to the City of Caldwell, Idaho, according to the official Plat thereof.
