He stated further that it was impossible to supply this data from:the records on file in his office,that it would probably take considerable work to collect the same,and that he did not feel ,justified in undertaking the expense with out the permission of the council. It was voted upon motion of Harrington that council ad,jorn until Monday evening July 6th.,1914 at 7:30 o'elook P.M. City Clerk. Council meet in special seeeion,purusant to a call by the Mayor. Present,Mayor C.H. Turner, Councilmen, Ackley,Adame,Boone,Parker,Clerk $.Ben Dunlap. The call for the meeting was read as follows; To the Honorable the Members of the City Council of Caldwell,Idaho. You and each of you are hereby notified that the Mayor has called a special meeting,to be held June 26,1914 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Council Chamber, Council Chamber,0ity of Caldwell,Idaho,June 26,1914. The purpose of the meeting is the preparation of an estimate of the probable amount of money necessary for all purposes to be raised in the City of Caldwell for tho present fiscal year,ae required by the provisions of Section 2269 Revised Codes of the -State of Idaho. Plumbers Bond in the American Surety Company,bonding Harry L. Smith, in the sum of $1,000.00 from June. lot. ,1914 to June let. 1915 was read. It was voted upon motion of Boone that the bond be accepted and ordered placed on Pile. The Clerk was, instructed to publish the following notice: Notice to property Owners. In compliance with the provisions- of Ordinance Numbered 142 of the City of Caldwell,you are hereby notified that all grasa,weeds,rubbish, underbrush,bushea. stump a,stonon and other obstructions upon the streets and alloys of the said City must be removed and kept removed,by the owner or owners of the property abutting on the maid streets and alleys within tan days after the publication of this notice,and if the same are not removed within the time specified,and kept removed,the City Will do the work and charge the expease thereof to the property abutting.
