The Council met dune 23rd, 1926 at 8 P.M. in the Council Chambers, pursuant to adjournment with Mayor Kaley,presiding, Councilmen, Conley, Kimbrough, Mnmford, Mc'-;onnel, and Whaler, present, add Dutton, absent. S. - arle Boyes, City Clerk, being absent, the Mayor appointed W.C.Dyer as Clerk of the meeting. Thereupon the Council proceeded to a further consideration of Bill No. 17. Thereupon it was moved by Kimbrough,duly seconded by Mumford, that all rules requiring the reading of a bill on three separate days be suspended and that Bill No. 17 be read the second time by title, and the third time in full and placed on its final passage. The Mayor caused the Clerk to cell the roll on the motion with the following result: AYES: CONLEY, KIMBROUCH, MUMFORD, MO CON1IEL, AND WHEELER. NAYES; NONE. ABSENTi DUTTON. T,e Mayor decalred the motion had had passed by the necessary three fomwthe majority, and directed the Clerk to read Bill No. 17 bhe second time by title, and the tk third time in full. Thereupon the Clerk read Bill No. 17 the second time by title, and the third time in full eectton by section.The question being 11 3#e11 B ill No. 17 pass?" The Mayor directed the Clerk to oall the roll, which resulted as follows: AYES: CONLEY, KIMBROUGH, MUMFORD, MCCONNEL, AND WHEI�TER. NAYESB NONE. ABSENT: DUTTON. Thereupon the Mayor decalred Bill No. 17 had passed, which use approved by the Mayor and now became Ordinance No. 423. The Mayor thereupon directed the Clerk to make proper entry of the same and cause Ordinance No. 423 tp be publtthed in the Caldwell y ribune, the official newsr.aper of the City of Caldwell, Cbunty of Canyon, State CE Idaho. It was voted on motion of Uo"onnel, seconded by Wheeler, that the Council adjourn to June 29th, 1296 at 2 P.M. APPROVED: ACTING CT ?Y CLEEK. W&OR. i L
