COUNCIL CHAMBERSWUNE 23rd,1925.
The C 0.11 met in regular session, pursuant to adjournment, with Mayor Kaley, presiding,
Counoilmei, Conley, Dutton, Momford, and MoConnol, present, and Kimbrough and wheeler absent.
This be bthe time set for voting at the mass meeting so to whether the "`ayor and City Council
should be authorized to katp 4-J mills in addition to the mi`12e for general purposes as authorized
by law, t e same mw presseded with, until a motion was made by J.P. Johnson, seconded by A.K.
Callaway, and duly carried, that the balloting disoontinae after which the Lallots were counted
with the olbowing result;

The Mayoz declared that inasmuch as it required a 2/3 vote of those voting to authroize the same;

R.E. wmah, of Nampa, Idaho, appeared before the Council, requesting the use of the Citys
Crusher. Et was then voted on motion of MoConnel,seconded by Dutton, thatthe AL eyor and City Clerk
be direot d and authorized to execute a contract with R.E. Bowman, he to assemble the crusher,
provide a aTrity that he return the same to the City in as good order as when he reoeieved the some
