Sill No. 6, the second time b title and the third time in full section by section. The Clerk read the Bill
:s directed. The question being "Shall Bill No 6 pass ?" The Mayor directed the Clerk to call the roll on
:he above question which resulted as follows: Those voting in the affirmative were: Burrell Cleveland
ihorb, Eldredge and Bettis. Negative. None. Absent and not voting: Burrell.
Thereupon the Mayor declared Bill No. 6, had passed and the Mayor in open session of the Council
hilly signed and approved the Bill, and the Clerk duly signed and attested the same which became Ordinance No
188. The Mayor directed the Clerk to make proper entry of the same and to cause Ordinance No. 888, to be
iublished in the News - Tribune the official newspaper of the City of Caldwell, Idaho.
There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Councilman Bettis,
seconded by Councilman Eldredge that Council adjourn. Motion carried.

Cornell, Howland, Hayes & Merryfield requested payment for engineering services in connection
with the Sewage Disposal Plant.
The City Clerk was instructed to write Cornell, Howland, Hayes and Merryfield and inform them

their claim would be paid as soon as the 'Water & Sewage Revenue Hands are sold.

Gentlemen,
I wish to inform you that for personal reasons I have obtained employment outside
of the State of Idaho, and hereby wish to tender my resignation from the Cald-
well Police Department effective July 1st 1956.
T wish to thank you for the conside- ations shown during my employment with the
city of Caldwell.
