The question being "Shall Bill No 6 pass ?" The Mayor directed the Clerk to call the roll on :he above question which resulted as follows: Those voting in the affirmative were: Burrell Cleveland ihorb, Eldredge and Bettis. Negative. None. Absent and not voting: Burrell. Thereupon the Mayor declared Bill No. 6, had passed and the Mayor in open session of the Council hilly signed and approved the Bill, and the Clerk duly signed and attested the same which became Ordinance No 188. The Mayor directed the Clerk to make proper entry of the same and to cause Ordinance No. 888, to be iublished in the News - Tribune the official newspaper of the City of Caldwell, Idaho. There being no further business to come before the Council it was moved by Councilman Bettis, seconded by Councilman Eldredge that Council adjourn. Motion carried. Mayor.
